  Cancellation Clause: Sponsorship packages are confirmed upon receipt of registration. Payment must be made at time of registration, or if paying by check, within 45-days from your registration date. Sponsorship benefits will be effective upon receipt of payment. If you need to cancel, email rcook@rmcmanagementsolutions.com by October 5, 2026. A $150 processing fee will apply. No refunds if cancelled after October 5, 2026. 

  No-Show Policy: No refunds if you fail to show at a scheduled event that is part of the sponsorship package. NO EXCEPTIONS.

No refunds will be processed for cancellations after October 9th.
